The Ratio Solar charging station is Ratio's top model of their latest extension EV chargers. This charging station not only comes with the Ratio app so you can access your charging station anytime, anywhere but it is also equipped with Dynamic Load Balancing as standard.
This gives you the ability to balance the charging of your car with the electrical consumption of the rest of the house or office ensuring maximum charging speeds without the risk of overloading your grid connection. Because of Ratio's special software the Load Balancing system can also detect if your solar panels are feeding the grid and then redirect that current to charge your car. This makes it possible to charge your car on 100% solar power generated by your own solar panels.
Designed and manufactured in the Netherlands, these Ratio chargers are well known for their very high quality, reliability and ease of use. This charging station meets all european quality and safety requirements and the clever design of the charging station ensures that you always have a place to hang your charging cable.
This charger comes in both 1 and 3 phase versions where the 3 phase version can also be used on 1 phase. This makes it possible to connect the charger to 1 phase first and upgrade your connection to 3 phase later if necessary.
