How to use?

These Vehicle to Load adapters (V2L) are designed to power various electrical devices directly from the charging port of your electric car. The adapter has a type 2 connection on the car side and a Schuko type F on the other side.

Which cars does it work with?

The adapters work with vehicles that have "Vehicle to Load" system enabled:

2 versions

We offer 2 versions of the Vehicle to Load adapter. A single version with 1 Schuko socket and a triple version with 3 Schuko connections for connecting multiple devices at once.
For both versions the maximum power is rated 16A (3,5kW) total.

Over temperature protection

The Vehicle to Load adapters have very high quality sockets built-in so that it will not overheat at a continuous current of 16A (3,5kW). However if a plug is inserted which has less quality or is slightly worn or damaged it can generate a lot of heat. This heat will be detected by the built in temperature sensor and when it exceeds the allowed temperature, the adapter will send a signal to the car to disconnect the power. When the adapter cools down sufficiently the adapter automatically sends a signal to the car to power the adapter back up. This process can be repeated endlessly.
